Customer Interaction Center (CIC) Our guests are demanding quick replies and correct answers to their questions 24/7 whatever time of the year, however how the guests are contacting us. In addition the products and services from hotels all over the world are getting more and more similar, which allows our guests to compare information about our hotels with our competitors at the same time.
Our CIC is specialized in selling customer care and will be concerned with the guests before and after a stay. CIC will help all the hotels in our chain with individual booking (up to nine rooms), with campaign bookings, changes and cancellations.
We will also reply too all queries about our hotels and its customer service at Nordic Choice Club. In addition, we forward contract-leads for meet@choice, handle complaints, and also do what we can to deal with disappointed or un-satisfied guests.
